I am doing well on my 500 calorie days, but the days that I am not doing 500 calories I am going a bit overboard, I am still however loosing weight. I would like to this week try and stick to 1200 calories on the days that I don't do the 500 calories.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
