19.5% body fat weighed myself after breakfast. I think this is a anomaly since I have had dessert a few days in a row but if it is accurate then that is amazing almost to my goal.

Lost so far: 29.4 lb.
Still to go: 10.6 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
