Busy week getting my daughter ready for her senior year, so didn't have much time for my usual exercise. Need to make it more routine. But on a good note I maintained my weight didn't gain any!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
