Did well with my eating this week and the exercise, well I've done 5 workout compared to my 9, but I still lost. Happy for the loss but getting under 200 is a real struggle, I just knew I would be under today, but it won't come until next week I guess. My attitude has been up and down, I guess because the workouts help balance my mood, this week I wanna focus on eating more of the same thing and I'll go back to my 9 workouts, even though my Zumba instructors are going on vacay. Going grocery shopping after my breakfast today to load up on good foods for this week, lots of veggies is the plan, next weekend is my cheat weekend and I refuse to gain a lot during it, I'm too close to my goal.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
