I TOOK EVERYONES ADVICE AND AM EATING MORE AND GLAD TO SEE I LOST 2 MOE POUNDS THANK YOU SO MUCH
272.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
