Just walked this morning 18 miles (= 29.0 km) straight!!!
My body definitely is getting used to the smaller portions - when I eat (I have to admit I sometimes forget); I hardly ever feel hungry. I need to drink more water though - especially during walking. I am a vegetarian now for almost four months and it def helps with losing weight. When I eat I really don't stay off everything. I looove bread - we have the best here in Germany. I eat cheese (mozzarella is my weakness) and sometimes Nutella too - but just a little.
I am very happy with my weight loss so far - 13 kg in 13 weeks I believe. YEAH!!! :)
