Eating only salad for lunch. Skipping breakfast, and eating a decent 700 calorie dinner. So far this is working well. Dinner is started with a large salad, Greek yogurt, and meat.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 48.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
