Down a half pound to 224.0 despite eating a few pieces of extra pizza last night, some wine, and some bites of dessert. Ate low cal until dinner. Tonight will go out for seafood but should be ok.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 101.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, half a pound, take it and run :) And seafood should be okay, you can generally eat a lot of that before the calories mount up. It's the butter to dip the seafood in that's the problem, and the Chardonnay that tastes so good with it :) Thanks for sharing Em's pic on FB last night. She is a beauty. But then I find the older I get the prettier the young folks look - I'm getting old, man. Have an awesome day.

Like Homer Simpson would say - mmmmm, beer :) Yep gotta watch for that unless you sup the low carb stuff. Whatever you get up to, enjoy :)
