Not as much loss as I was hoping, but it's still a loss! Hooray!

I no longer crave delivery food, and that's a miracle in itself. :)
254.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 124.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Why congrats!!!! :) You should be proud!!!! Remember, you did not gain it overnight, so you won't lose it overnight. Plus, the more slow you take it off the more likely you are to keep it off :) You are lucky not to crave this food because while I am writing this, i am craving some Chinese food lol.
