Haven't been as focused as I usually am, I can tell cause the scale isn't moving, gotta watch my portions, record my food intake and make sure I drink my green tea!! Gotta break under 200 by the end of Aug!!!
206.6 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
