Today I am down 17 pounds total; another half a pound will take me to halfway to my final goal. When I started, I didn't have a timetable in mind. I didn't really know if I could stick with any diet/eating plan, because I'd never tried anything organized before. This site, you guys and SB have been wonderful for me, and I now know that I can make my goal and then stay there, simply because I've learned a better way to eat.

So, keep going strong everyone! I'm almost halfway there, and if this girl can do it, believe me, you can, too!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OMG that is so wonderful. I am really proud of you especially around April 7 when you put on a bit but that did not stop you, you kept on losing. That is what it takes to reach a goal and mamax4 you got it. like you said already half way there.
