I'm menstruating. Does anyone know a way to keep losing weight while its that time of the month? I've gained two pounds in a day!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not really! You really just have to figure it's once a month and will go away. It's hormonal! Drink plenty of water. Limit your sodium intake.
