Amazing! 5 days in a row at 196.0.
The pessimist in me thinks I'm not losing weight. The optomist in me says I've gone through a weekend without gaining any weight.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
