Went to the gym 6 hrs this week. Worked hard at not eating too much during the week ... although did not track here on FS I should start again. I read that you should drink 1/2 your weight in water. That is about 5 1/2 quarts for me ... could only do about 3 quarts per day.
Feeling a little discourage right now ... gained 2 pounds. Just can not seem to get below the 330 plateau!...
337.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 97.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

Isn't it frustrating! YOu work so hard and the results just don't show. :( Don't get too discouraged. Keep up the good work. It will begin to pay off.

Patience and perseverance are what you need the most right now, but they are sometimes hard to come by. If you stay on this path, good things will happen. Thanks for the suggestion on the ice maker. :)

Hey - I will send you a buddy request when I am done... but I just read on someone else's journal, that you are diabetic! I am so happy to see you are making efforts to change your eating habits and get some of this unwanted weight off. My Dad was a diabetic for over 35 years, and his DEATH is the primary reason I ended up on this site. Because I knew I was gaining, and I knew the potential of becoming diabetic. It scared the crap out of me. So my journey began... learning about whole, natural healthy foods... and how to eat, to lose... and get healthy. I have done it. But then life took over, and I slipped. Too long to go into now, but I am back at it, and losing again...and I will get back to where I once was. If I can help you, I would be happy to try!!! Best to you... Paula
