No change this week. But I've been eating more because I'm up earlier to do the farm chores for my parents as they went away this week. So, I'm moving more but eating more, therefore no change. I'm getting lots of compliments though. People are noticing that I've lost weight and some are even saying that I'm getting tiny! That's too funny as I'm 5'8" and weighing in at 172 lbs!! My sister-in-law last weekend even commented that I've lost more weight since the last time she saw me which was only a difference of 4 weeks. And when I said that no my weight had not changed, she said "well, then, things are moving around, 'cause your waist is smaller, your knees are not chunky and your boobs are almost gone!". So, I guess that is from getting out at lunchtime everyday while at work and going for a run. It must be doing something for me!! And if I miss that run, then I feel like the day isn't right!

No plans for the weekend, just doing chores for my parents. They plan to back on Sunday evening. I just pray for their safety and hope that they had a nice get away.

Have a great weekend FS buddies!

No change on the scale doesn't mean no change in measurements. With your daily run, you are probably whittling down inches and replacing fat with muscle, which is leaner. I think 5'8" and 172 sounds tiny. . . or just about perfect :) It's also great when people start noticing, speaking of I need to tell my sister how thin her face looks, lol. She is 8 mos prego and has gestational diabetes and is on a strict diet, she has lost 2 pounds since getting pregnant, so she has lost weight in her face and legs, but her belly is huge! She was worried when she got pregnant bc she was overweight, but she's been great and my little niece is great too! 5 weeks til we meet her! Have a great weekend! Hope your parents had a lovely get away too!

Sounds like you're doing well. When people are noticing, then you know you're doing something right. Keep up with that running and I'm sure things will keep changing. :)

Farm chores build great muscles! I agree it's probably more muscle or just the body getting comfy in it's new smaller version. I need to get my butt in gear. I swear hay season turns me into an eating machine. Maybe I will get lucky and it will all turn into muscle. I miss being called twiggy. Granted I didn't think I was twiggy but still it was nice!
