just decided this Monday I hated that jiggly feeling and decided to go on SouthBeach. NO BREAD NO FRUITJUICE NO CHIPS OR CRACKERS.
My "cheats" have been:
1 fig bar a day 1 glass of wine Tuesday little bit of strawberries & blueberries
Dessert wasn't a cheat: 5 chocolate chips.
I went from around 117 to 113.8 in just 3 days.

Still to go: 0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
