Ok my goal today is to NOT get a breve to drink! I've been doing that way too often.. I'm still losing weight but they are soooo high in calories it just seems a waste!
249.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE BREVE(S)!! But I have switched to two shots of expresso, fill up with coffee of choice and add a liberal amount of heavy cream :)
