The end of the Re-focus Challenge. It served its purpose for me to get on track after the holiday season. I reflected on in the challenge progress for Week 4. But today's another day and I need to carry on one day at a time.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
