Gotta get back into this. Water water water carrots and other veggies instead of chips and cookies. Craving sweets - eat more protein! Get back to gym daily no matter what others say or do. Find a new gym - don't care for cliente at current one. Take fish oil again.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was DYING (or so I thought, lol) when I was craving sweets and discovered sugar free cherry jello with whipped cream. My entire world changed after that! :)
