It's too easy to miss days of working out, especially at home where you're not accountable to anyone and nobody will be able to say, "Hm, we haven't seen Lola run by for three days now." So get off your lard ass, pipe up the music and get your moves on! Somebody out there is watching you and you've become a fixture in their consciousness, part of the definition of what their day means. So don't let em down. Go do your run, your walk, your bike, your swim, or whatever you do, and reassure your community that there is order, constancy, reassurance. All of that translates to calm, and peace, and that's exactly how you'll feel after your workout. So get on with it!
