Weight is stabilizing but no real loss ... actually feel hungry every day but at least not gaining weight. Need more exercise I know that ... My partner wants to start drinking KALE ... hhmmmmm. lots of gimmicks.
I saw on Dr. OZ a supplement called CLA ... Bing CLA ... seems like it does dissolve fat ... I see they are at GNC ... not sure about COSTCO.
335.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 95.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Kale has a lot of nutrients that we need. A powerhouse of sorts. I try to incorporate it when I can. I have a vitamix and make green smoothies for breakfast. A good juicer will juice it too. If you use too much in the vitamix your drink will be too thick though. It can be bitter so you will want to put a fruit with it and some liquid. There are tons of recipes on the internet.

Kale is good stuff. Calorie for calorie the most nutrient dense food on the planet.If you don't want to drink it (not my preference), saute with a little olive oil and garlic or steam it and add a splash of lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Delicious. CLA? Want to believe in it but that sounds like a gimmick to me. Losing weight is hard work, period.
