Well, I'm down this am on weigh in. I'll take it. I have missed a couple of days on the excercise. I plan on getting to that tonight.

I have to get some more motivation. I'm going to try to dig down deep and buckle down.

Hubby is on afternoon turn this week so that will help actually.

149.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Congrats on the loss and getting into the 140's ! Hooray! The more you exercise, the more you WANT to exercise. Just keep it up until you really enjoy it! I'm sure you can do it!
