Lost half an hour of info with Runkeeper, but I was at 6mi and 13777 steps on the pedometer, when my phone quit. Running 3 apps on my phone wasn't the best idea. ;p
188.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
