I'm sure my first day's loss was water weight, but I'll take it. I feel good this morning. Sinuses giving me a slight headache, but other than that, I'm good. Planned out my meals for the day, just gotta get them logged. Feeling confident and ready to face this day! Hope everyone has a blessed day! :)
