I lost a few pounds, so I am excited that I am heading in the right direction. I worked really hard to only have lost 3-4 pounds. Hopefully the weight will start to drop more quickly.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
