I have had a leg injury for the past two months and all the walking last week and then doing the Wii this past couple of days seems to be helping me loose the weight as I had hit a plateau the week before. I am really happy that I can now do some exercises.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hey Bev - Plateaus are a pain aren't they. The Wii seems to be fun. I think we, as a family, will have to get one :) Keep up the good work with your weight loss. I will weigh in on Friday I think...give me a chance to get back into routine. Hope you leg gets better.
