Well, it was Thanksgiving 2 days ago, though I did do fairly well. However, I've been gorging on stuffing the past 2 days, and that needs to stop. I've got a ton of carrots and celery in the house, but I need to get them prepared so I can just snack on them and not wait until I'm reaching for some chocolate or something else "convenient" since it's not cut up. Plus I need to lay off the pop, I had a Pepsi yesterday and Dew the day before...I KNOW those are empty calories, but I needed a caffiene rush.
Plus the fact that Matt is STILL not working, it's really pissing me off...it's been a month now, and I'm looking for a second job...again...I know I can't blame this on stress, but I need to be careful of moods and eating again. OH, and I need to get my arse to the gym, I need to see Summer and get her to kick my keister!!!
