My sister and her man left yesterday. I have a few weeks til their wedding. Bridesmaid gown is about 2 inches away from zipping, but the problem is my ribs. Not sure how to fix that. :(

Took a 5 mile walk / jog, all on hills. Sapped my energy; wasn't the best choice to do it before work, but I managed and felt good.
186.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nope, you're right on the money! I've been slacking terribly, but I have some good motivation, and I'm ready to work hard to lose the weight again! Time to make a difference!
