I was surprised that I didn't show any weight loss on the scale this week. I followed the plan closely and only ate food alowed. I am feeling good however because my clothes are looser and my friends at work are noticing I am getting thinner. I know we shouldn't depend totally on the scale because disapearing inches is a better measure of success. I will keep doing what I am doing. I am fitting into clothes that were too tight just 3 weeks ago!
219.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It sounds like you are in better shape this week than last. Although SBD doesn't require one to count calories, I personally find that it is very helpful to keep a general idea in mind as to how many one has consumed. After all, in the end, it's calories in vs. calories out. You seem to be doing great though, keep it up!

Keep up the good work. South Beach Diet works great! As long as you stick to the diet faithfully and work out you will continue to lose weight and the inches will melt off!
