Ok. I am proud that I lost some after the big day. I didn't force myself to do the right thing. It just happened naturally! I am a totally different person from last thanksgiving. Woke up this morning with no overindulgence hangover! That's one for me!
149.8 lb Lost so far: 76.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
