Today is day two on Atkins. Had a headache all day. Don't care for the tracking tools on the Atkins site. Hope the tools here are better. Looking to lose 20 pounds. Trying to be real and dead on sticking to this. Mark is into a all protein diet, so hope with the two of us working together, we can both accomplish our goals

I started on Monday, and have had a headache everyday since.

rotay60, are you cutting caffeine out too? I went most of the day with out any. Finally ate dinner and had a glass of tea and feeling some better.

No, I drink my morning coffee. I did do the salted broth one day, not sure if it helped or not, because I had already taken something for pain. Well, I did not wake up with headache today, so maybe this is the end of that. Yay!!
