First somewhat normal nights sleep in several weeks. Felt tired around midday- full on yawning droopy eyes. Was in bed and asleep by one. Woke up at 6:15 thinking I had overslept :-)

Well try to take photos and measurements this weekend.
207.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
