Yay back to my lowest weight after my weekend hiatus and drinking binge two days ago.

I think cutting out the atkins bars and the diet pop is what helps the most.

I am going to have to research into how to control this reflux with diet too. Low carb got rid of my cough, but it was super low carb. I have to play around and add food back etc to see what affects me negetively.

I am soon to quit drinking coffee again. The reason I went back the first time was because I had very little energy when I first started atkins and I needed that pick up.

Alcohol is also bad for reflux...my favorite drink. Just as well though I seriously do not want throat cancer.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
