Been a little slow this week, I struggled with wondering if I was eating too much and portion control. I had a cheat day yesterday, which was much needed, not for the food I was craving, but just to have a day off from having to think about what I needed to eat, how much, and when to eat, etc. Sometimes you just need a break and I had a great one yesterday. But today starts a new month, back to the basics and resetting my mind. I plan on cutting my portions, and going up on the intensity of my workouts. My goal for this month is to loose 13lbs, I'll will win!!!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
