So last night was an indulgence night. I had some friends in town, so I went out to brunch in the morning, went out to drinks in the afternoon, and then attempted to not completely gorge at a potluck that night. I ended up drinking wine, eating pasta salad, pumpkin orzo, chili, potato soup, and delicious pumpkin and chocolate chip muffins. It was great, but definitely set me back. Luckily I have a few days to try and recover before thanksgiving.
