Stayed the same but am sore from my workout yesterday...getting ready for work.
250.5 lb Lost so far: 66.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good work climbing back on the exercise routine! The weight will drop again, just keep up the steady work.
