After a few weeks of slow weight loss I've been moving along swiftly this week. I expect I'll slow down again and feel frustrated in the next few weeks.
274.4 lb Lost so far: 62.6 lb.    Still to go: 106.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

For me, not gaining weight is a victory. Losing weight is a bonus and anything over two pounds a week makes me ecstatic. Keep up the good fight! Remember... A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Every step we take gets us one step closer to our goal.
