8.9 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)

inaccurate waist measure:

80.5 cm(horizontally over bellybutton)

82 cm (horizontally, one inch below bellybutton)

129.9 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
