I've followed the exercise portion of P90X well. I do tend to skip the yoga and stretching days, but I haven't been skipping anything else. I make sure to follow my workouts with some protein. I haven't been following the diet (any diet) well though, so I shouldn't be surprised that my weight loss has stalled. Rather than go back to the high protein plan, I think I'll move on to the more traditional reduced calorie, reduced fat plan while trying to keep a decent amount of protein in my diet. I'm dying to get back under 120. I haven't been able to do that in quite a while. I'm so close. I just have to crank things up a notch to get there.
121.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
