I'm feeling good, I'm feeling ready, and I actually don't always feel good after my snack at nights, maybe I need to really make it small so my system doesn't feel overrun with sugar! Wow, what a great feeling - sugar makes me sick?? How awesome is that! I've waited sooo long to get tired of chocolate, etc. And to allow my body to make it's own choices, what a concept!
