OMG! I 'm still going down, im so excited! I keep pushing myself on self-exercise, and walk every opportunity i have. I think that is the trick.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yep, walking is GREAT exercise, low impact so good for the joints, too! And keeping yourself well hydrated is another part of the trick. Keep drinking that H2O! You're doing FABULOUS, you can DO this! :)

Thank you so so much for all this! I arrived from work so mentally exhausted that i wanted to give up. This comments made me realize that there is people watching me, and at least I have to try to keep myself on the road. This is a great motivation, to have you watching over me, people that I know are going through the same fights everyday, so you DO understand me. I dont know how to thank you more for being here. Great success for all of you too! and i will keep and eye over your journals.
