Really pleased! I just want to keep going know - I'm going on hols in a couple of weeks so I want to get at least under 200lb! Although it would be nice to loose more...................I've got to keep realistic.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1209 kcal Fat: 34.33g | Prot: 47.45g | Carb: 170.52g.   Breakfast: Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Kellogg's Special K Oats & Honey, Tesco Semi-Skimmed Milk, Alpen Strawberry Cereal Bar. Lunch: Watermelon, Tesco Finest Brussels Pate, Meadow Fresh Lemon & Coriander Houmous, Ryvita Mediterranean Herbs Crispbread. Dinner: Pepsi Diet Pepsi, Mixed Vegetables (with Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Asda New Potatoes, Onions, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other: Jacob's Iced Gems, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Soft Scoop Vanilla 33% Less Fat, Soft Scoop Vanilla 33% Less Fat, Tesco Tinned Sliced Peaches in Juice. more...
