Haven't done well so far today as far as eating every meal or even the best.. although I don't think what I've had to eat has been terrible, like if I were to eat 5 candy bars in one day. I spent most of the morning on the phone, had a couple cups of coffee, and a couple cups of decaf tea (Chai and now Detox). Vic went ahead and made a pot of white beans which are to die for good and had some corn bread with hot peppers in it already made up in the freazor and pulled that out. So, I had a couple small bowls of beans with 2 small pieces of corn bread. What I am feeling quilty about mostly is that Vic cooked the beans with a ham bone (which I couldn't find in the ingredients list and went with the next best thing) which of course makes it taste better but adds fat to it. Oh, well... I don't think it's going to kill me!... I probably won't use all my points today and I have points saved up from the week that I haven't used. Darn it! I weighed myself today and am up 2 tenths of a pound from yesterday.

I was talking to a mentor of mine today and she reminded me that the fact that I just quit smoking may be also part of the reason I am not dropping truck loads of weight real fast. That when you quit smoking your metabolism changes or will slow down so that I've lost any weight at all I should be patting myself on the back. That I quit smoking I should be patting myself on the back. That I haven't gained any weight is cause for a pat on the back. So... I guess I will go ahead and pat myself on the back...lol.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
