I'm so haaaaaaaaaaapy!!!! the scale moved down again!!! I am exhausted, have to admit, but exercise is working my weight down.
I feel I'm finally doing it.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
