The transition to working again certainly messed me up. Between the lack of time, I also got a wonderful new bed. So I totally don't even want to get out of it in the morning. I have renewed my committment to losing this weight. Thankfully, since I have stuck to the change in diet, I have not gained any of the previously lost weight back. I got up this morning & did a light workout (due to not having done any workout @ all for the last 6 weeks). Now I have to get back into the habit of recording my intake. :S
194.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
