Lovely dinner party on Saturday - and less of a price than I might have expected. In fact today seems to be a bit higher than I´ve been recording that last few days, so hopefully the trend is still firmly downwards! Onward! Onward!
177.5 lb Lost so far: 93.7 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
