Feeling so much more in control with my food. I also started the couch to 5k program...it's a lot tougher that I thought! I'm hoping I'll be ready for the 5k in September.
And I'm finally lighter than I was when I first joined the site! I was 249 and then got a new scale and was so disappointed to see I actually weighed 260 I think.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

If it was easy, everyone would exercise. I can't wait to hear about the results once you finish the 5k program! You are going to kick butt come September. :D

Good for you!! Being in control over food is hard. I just looked at the couch to 5K program the other day, I might start this weekend. I'm not a runner, but want to do another 5K, so I figure I'd better train. Seeing that lower number on the scale has to feel good!! Keep up the good work!
