Finally, my number has gone down... Lets keep up the good work and keep track of my water intake, I need to try to do atleast 6 bottles a day.
154.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
