I have been using another website for tracking food and weight but I have found I can't keep note of my protein as well there. So here I come - back to fatsecret.com. I have found I have more freedom and more help on this site.
236.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
