Yippeeee!

4 days up north without direct exercise, and I lost a 1/2 pound! :)

I figured that i'd be up at least 3+ #s when i got back! I'm SOOOO happy i didn't give back any of my gains...

Off to Mexico for a week on biz... i hope to sneak in a couple days of exercise...
212.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
